sweet refuge
nice building cozy room bike rental
i loved the building it feels very nice and room, so cozy. location helped me discover the city because bike rental was right at the hotel, very easy. staff helped make a special request happen. the room very comfy and tidy.
the room very small and basic. the bed was uncomfortable, and i found bugs in the bathroom. the room had a bad smell and there was no water in it.

the hotel location places it near lots of restaurants. access to the city center happens easily. being close made exploration easy, i felt very in the center of everything.

The location was convenient. It was near the central station. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby! I appreciated the complimentary wine in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided useful tips.
The bathroom was very small, and the floor got very wet after using the shower. There was little privacy.

convenient location cosy vibe small room ineffective draining
the location was convenient. shops were close and the train station was only a few minutes away on foot. i found the staff to be quite sweet and helpful. the hotel had a super cosy vibe also.
the room size was quite small. it felt cramped at only 10 square meters. the bathroom seemed tiny too. the draining system didn't really work that well either. it struggled with water from the shower. water would pool around the toilet, very uncomfortable.

The location is excellent for walking. I reached all the major attractions quite easily. Restaurants are nearby, and the Meatpacking district is very close.. I found the staff very friendly. They offered a lovely glass of wine for free.
The room had limited amenities. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. After the free offerings finished at 11 am, these items required purchase at reception. I found this could add up substantially. The walls seemed very thin. I could hear every word from neighbours.

great location friendly staff comfortable bed
the hotel has a great location near public transport shops and restaurants the staff responded quickly and were polite the room had all necessary amenities i found the bed very comfortable. the complimentary wine hour was a nice touch in the lobby i enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room doors tend to slam easily you can hear other guests coming and going late at night.

the hotel sits on a central street near multiple shops and restaurants it is just three train stops from the airport for convenient travel access the area is vibrant and easily accessible.
